Payment Information
Payments are to be made by Bank Transfer to the details provided on our invoices.
Cake orders maybe eligible for an initial 20% deposit payment in order to secure the selected date chosen.
The deposit is due 48 hours after the order confirmation. Failure to pay the deposit within the specified timeframe may result in the cancellation of your order. The outstanding balance of your cake will be due 14 days prior to collection / delivery.
The deposit is non-refundable and will be applied towards the total cost of the cake.
Delivery / Collection
We provide the option for delivery or collection. We can delivery to any Liverpool postcode or collection is available from us at L23.
After payment has been made a time and date will be confirmed for delivery / collection.
Failing to be present at the agreed time may result in you having to reschedule delivery / collection at our convenience.
Where you may be delayed please notify us at the earliest opportunity.
Terms & Conditions
- Cake Ordering and Pricing
1.1 Upon submitting your cake order form, we will review the details provided and respond with the price for your chosen cake.
1.2 The price provided is valid for a period of 7 days from the date of our response. After this period, the price may be subject to change.
1.3 The price includes the cost of the cake as described in our response. Additional charges may apply for customisation, delivery, or other requested services, which will be communicated to you in advance.
1.4 Whilst we endeavour to match chosen colours to the best of our ability, please note that colour accuracy cannot be guaranteed. We will make every effort to achieve a satisfactory colour match, but we do not accept liability for any dissatisfaction arising from potential colour discrepancies. - Deposit and Payment

2.3 The deposit is non-refundable and will be applied towards the total cost of the cake.
2.4 The remaining balance of the payment is due 14 days before the scheduled delivery or pickup date of the cake. Failure to provide the full payment within the specified timeframe may result in the cancellation of your order.
2.5 Payments are to be made via Bank Transfer in accordance to the invoice received. - Cancellation
3.1 Cake orders can be cancelled no later than 2 weeks prior to delivery. Beyond this point, we are unable to refund your deposit or the further balance paid. - Delivery / Collection
4.1 An agreed time will be confirmed for delivery or collection.
4.2 Failing to be present at the agreed time for delivery or collection will result in you, the customer, having to reschedule and collect your order at a convenient time for us. - Allergens
5.1 It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us of any specific allergen requirements at the time of placing the cake order.
5.2 We hold no responsibility for the failure to notify us of any allergen requirements. While we take precautions to minimize cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that our cakes are free from allergens. - Changes
6.1 We cannot accept any changes to your chosen cake unless notified and agreed upon at least 14 days prior to the scheduled delivery or collection date. Changes requested after this period may not be accommodated. - Changes to Terms and Conditions
7.1 Our terms and conditions are subject to change at any point without any notice period required. It is your responsibility to review the terms and conditions regularly to stay informed of any updates or modifications.
